About Counselling

Therapy is not telling you what to do. It is a journey we will take together. A journey of discovery. As an experienced therapist I will provide you with a caring confidential and listening service to enable you to discover how the past impacts on the present and help you make some life changes. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I can help you to discover how your negative thoughts impact on your feelings and behaviour, I can assist you in changing these negative thoughts into something more positive and thereby enhancing your life.

What can I help you with? Anxiety, abuse, anger issues, depression, drug and alcohol addiction, bereavement, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, self esteem , self harming, negative thoughts and feelings. sensitivity issues, addiction to gambling.
