My name is Jane Bowen and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I am working toward acceditation. I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Integrative simply means that I combine aspects of several models of therapy to meet the needs of each individual client. I offer a safe, confidential service, in which you are given an opportunity to express thoughts and feelings and gain a deeper understanding of 'you' as a unique individual. I live within easy reach of the New Forest including Hythe, Fawley, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Totton and Southampton.
