I offer counselling within easy reach of Southampton and New Forest Area.

My name is Jane Bowen and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. I am also a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I am working toward acceditation. I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Integrative simply means that I combine aspects of several models of therapy to meet the needs of each individual client. I offer a safe, confidential service, in which you are given an opportunity to express thoughts and feelings with a therapist and gain a deeper understanding of 'you' as a unique individual. I live within easy reach of the New Forest including Hythe, Fawley, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Totton and Southampton.

Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Dual Diagnosis, Brief Psychodynaic Therapy Training, Assertiveness Training, Groupwork Skills Training, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Anxiety Managment. DBT Skills Training. Problem Gambling Issues. I incorporate all these skills into my practice.
